NaNo Plotting, Take Two

nonnycat last night, and basically, the NaNo plot I was going with has gone bye-bye. Or, more like, what was the main conflict before is now just the tip of the iceberg of problems that my MCs are going to have to deal with. Which means...150k novel. 4 days. No plot. ARGH!
Anyway. ( Posting what I got so far so that people in chat can help me brainstorm past the plot hole I've fallen into. )
