Well, I sucked at reaching my goal of 50 books this year. Only managed half. Oy.

1. Dust, by Elizabeth Bear
2. The Fall of the Kings, by Ellen Kushner
3. His Majesty's Dragon, by Naomi Novik
4. Storm Front, by Jim Butcher
5. What Jane Austen Ate and Charles Dickens Knew, by Daniel Pool
6. Lord of Scoundrels, by Loretta Chase
7. One for the Money, by Janet Evanovich
8. Two for the Dough, by Janet Evanovich
9. Three to get Deadly, by Janet Evanovich
10. Menage, by Emma Holly
11. Getting Rid of Bradley, by Jennifer Crusie
12. Faking it, by Jennifer Crusie
13. House of Cards, by C.E. Murphy
14. The Sharing Knife: Passage, by Lois McMaster Bujold
15. A Brother's Price, by Wen Spencer
16. Wicked Gentlemen, by Ginn Hale
17. Time to Write, by Kelly L. Stone
18. The Writers Journey, by Christopher Vogler
19. Crossing Swords, by Kirsten Saell
20. The God Eaters, by Jesse Hakicek
21. Once Upon a Castle, by Nora Roberts
22. The Good Neighbors, Book One: Kin, by Holly Black
23. Dead Until Dark, by Charlaine Harris
24. Living Dead in Dallas, by Charlaine Harris
25. Hands of Flame, by C.E. Murphy

It seems a little silly to do a top 5 when I've only read 25 books all year (and it's not like I read 25 great books. Sigh), so I'll do a top 3. In no particular order:

1. House of Cards, by C.E. Murphy
2. Wicked Gentlemen, by Ginn Hale
3. The Writer's Journey, by Christopher Vogler

Whoot! I actually had a much easier time reaching the 50 book goal last year, when I was in college, than I did this year. (But then, we all know I was a total slacker. *g* ) Good luck!
