I don't tend to like fried vegetables, but Japanese tempura is really bloody good. (Tempura being deep-fried breaded vegetables. Meow. That's one thing I miss about Washington. There were teriyaki restaurants all over the place. I knew of at least five. I still haven't found one here ... :( )
